if pincha feels like a guessing game, start here.
maybe you can kick up at the wall but have no idea how to come away from it,
maybe your shoulders tire quickly,
your alignment feels inconsistent,
the fear of falling stops you from trying.
or maybe pincha has always been a goal and you have no idea where to begin.
the pincha method was built around the things real practitioners told me they struggle with most.
strength. alignment. shoulder range. fear of falling. confidence. balance. knowing what to practise next.
over 14 days, we break those pieces down individually and bring them together day-by-day
14 guided classes
a clear daily practice so you always know what to do next

15 - 30 minutes a day
short enough to fit around work, travel & plans

a new class each day
follow the programme with us, one day at a time

community support
check in, stay accountable & move through the challenge together

a complete method
everything you need for a strong practice. strength, range, control & confidence combined

lifetime access
no worries about missing a day - revisit the programme whenever you need

build strength
& range
create space & develop the shoulders, scapulae, core & smaller stabilising muscles that help you feel supported upside down
aligNment & body awareness
learn the small cues that make a big difference & practice shapes & movement patterns before we invert
fall
with confidence
practise safe ways to exit pincha so fear becomes something you can work with instead of something that controls your practice

simple enough to actually learn
this method is suitable for complete beginners, newer practitioners and anyone who can already get upside down but still feels inconsistent or overly dependent on the wall.
throughout the 14 days, we take a slow and deliberate approach to learning forearm stand. you won’t be rushed through the foundations or asked to attempt the full pose before your body understands what’s happening.
instead, each class gives you time to build the different pieces that contribute to a more stable pincha

meet your teacher
i created the pincha method after years of teaching inversions and hearing the same questions and frustrations come up again and again.
so i built this programme to answer those questions.
my teaching is alignment and awareness focused, and i love the small details that can completely change how a pose feels. throughout the method i'll give you clear cues, explain why we're doing each drill and help you understand the relationship between mobility, strength, confidence and balance.
i want you to finish this method feeling like you understand your pincha
practice, even if your journey is still continuing.
and if you need help along the way, i'm here. use the studio nira community, send me your questions and share your videos. you're practising with us, not by yourself.
the pincha method is for you if you:
-
pincha has always been a goal and you don't know where to start
-
you're stuck at the wall
-
your shoulders or core fatigue quickly
-
you're unsure about your alignment
-
fear of falling holds you back
-
you want to refine the smaller details
-
you want a clear plan instead of piecing together drills from different places
you do not need experience to start.
